Is there a way or mod to have like an auto mode where the characters will change positions on their own or at least change speed by themselves?

Not so far I know.
Only if you have reached the girls weakness limit (adjustable in the HS2_BetterHScenes Plugin, default is 3 times) the following HScenes are running automatically until orgasm, but still you have to choose and start the next position by yourself.

Ok, now that we have the game, I assume we mod this game like HS1? Just placing the mods in the main folder?
And are there any mods I should download like LRE and Bonemod were basic for HS1? Let's say I need RoyMods to work.

If you have downloaded the BetterRepack as I showed you above https://f95zone.to/threads/honey-select-2-libido-dx-r7-illusion.53457/post-8936534 you don´t need more mods at first.
Extract the 50GB zipfile to a location on the top of a drive - you have a lot of mods included, also some of Roy12 (you find them in mods/Sideloader Modpack/Roy12).
If you install extra mods you downloaded from otherwhere you better drop the zipmods into mods/MyMods.

Try changing the uncensor option.

If that doesn't work, try increasing the render value for the clothes in the material editor.

The only question I have is, maybe this has already been asked.. I have VR and controllers running in the game, but I can't start H-scene, the sticks and mouse don't respond to filling in the h scale, it shows you need to turn the mouse wheel, but the mouse doesn't work, I was advised to try on the Sticks, but the sticks don't respond, although they work... If someone had such a problem and solved it, please help

Guys I have R7 pack but on sukebei you can find R10 that has a lot more content. Do I have to download it all again or can I update it somehow? The KK updater sais that mods updates are over 100gb but the torrent is only 30gb more

There are interim downloads available, so you can go from 7 to 8 to 9 to 10. I think one of those has a mini update as well, so you would have to do maybe 4 updates. I've tried that in the past but it becomes quite confusing & time consuming when you are doing more than one step. So I now do a clean and complete download. It takes longer but I found it less problematic (may just be me). Then just copy cards etc over. There are guides here of how to do it - either by turbojoe or referenced in TJ's posts

Just as velcro said, there is a patch for it.
Its not that big but in my opinion if you are outdated few version already, downloading the latest pack is easier and you get the fresh install too.
So some issues you got from older pack (especially if you play studio more) might be gone.

FYI in the KKManager updater, the 100GB you need to download consist the update for main game from your current version to the latest one + optional studio modpack.
Make sure to select things only you want and make a backup before installing.
But keeping up to date in the KKManager updater does not exactly mean your repack is updated too, since it does not update the plugins.

I always doing clean new installs, even when upgrading only 1 step of version, and keep my "old" game as backup until the new version is running well.

you can find the update patches, but as Velcrofly said you have to do each missing step from your version to the recent. The risk to fail is very high.

The game + mods alone is ~50GB to download (= BetterRepack R10), the ~80GB "Sideloader Modpack Studio" is a modpack ONLY for StudioNEO, you can skip it first and download later if you want more to work with StudioNEO.
