rename it's extension, then double click it.

don't fight the boss in close range, just keep shoot her from mid-long, once her hp is 75% left, her friend will help her, in this situation u can cluster drain her friend and then sonic burst to the boss
The 1.01 Trial is a "public release" trial with only Chapters 1-2, meant as the go-to demo for the game.
Ci-En's supporter plan that has the 0.91 Trial is closer to the real game as it stands with Chapters 1-5 and more everything really.

Boss will call for help and greatly strengthened her friend. Just escape for ~ 1 minute and the battle will end by itself.
Which stage of the boss are you fighting?
It is impossible to eliminate the boss. At the final stage, keep on escaping for a minute (the minions will become super strong) and the battle ends.
If you read the story, that R boss android is the admin of the android team and she suspects our X2 violates some rules. She than turn off X2's skills with her op command.
Just escape for one minute and the battle should end on its own.
