Which 3 parts? It is 10 parts.
If you are talking about this, I removed 2400 and 3600 resolutions as they have been removed on Nrvnqsr. If you have issue with some of the 10 parts could you tell me which ones and give me CRC or MD5 of those files?

So question, do I need to keep the 8GB and 4GB files after I've successfully installed the Ultimate Edition? Would be nice to not have that sitting there, but I'm not sure if it's still needed or not.

You can delet bonus files from the 8 Go base game as they are include with Ultimate Edition, the Patches folder.

You really need "ULTIMATE EDITION DOES *NOT* INCLUDE BASE GAME" in big bold letter on main page.
I think it´s kinda BS calling anything "ultimate" if it doesn´t include the actual game.

Yeah to be honest it would be way easier if someone just compiled the ultimate thing into the base game so you can download it already installed

experienced this crash a few times just after the scene where saber jumps rin and archer outside of emiya's house in the 3rd day of the prologue and can't seem to progress. Anyone know how to fix this?

Not 100% certain, but a cutscene/intro plays at that point. I´m sure I´ve seen a fix for that issue somewhere in this thread.
But simply turning off cutscenes/"movies" (if you can) might do the trick for now.
Edit: 1st page, under "instalation" tab:
"Troubleshooting: If you get this error message "EAccessViolation", the problem is with your hardware, not the patch. The solution is for the user to install the latest LAV filters. Found here

I downloaded and installed the Ultimate Edition, and it plays fine. But for some reason, the H-scenes show up censored, and the uncensor option seems to be missing from the config menu. Am I missing something?
