I see futanari Tag and expect a woman with both genitals.
Then I downloaded the game and realized it was just a guy dressing up as a woman.
That's just fucking annoying

Technically, there's always a misconception.

Futanari is basically an intersex person, what I mean by this is basically a woman that has both set of genitals penis and vagina.

Some people draw futanari without the vagina, in which case it's not a man dressing up as a woman as you have stated, but a transexual person (Male to Female trans). The tag includes both, so you should expect both.

probably today I'm more dumb than usual, I'm stuck in reflex gag exercise with Mirina. I can't
understand when to breathe and I can't go on
Any advice?

I figured out how it works, the breath option by default is turned off.

You have to click on the breathe bar to activate it, but do not press it again.. if you press it off beat, you'll fail.
You need to click on the breathe bar once only when the pulse is at the axis, if you press it correctly, you'll be seeing a slight screen shake on the pulse, meaning you did it correctly.

It took me a few tries as well, but it's more simple than it looks.

Well, right after you talk with Anna - you should be able to go to a cafe for work!
but one guy found a bug, so.. there might be some trouble when you save the game right after and load it again!
a lot of bugs appears when I added save compatibility...
Will release another hotfix today/tomorrow. Also a lot of other bugs.

This minigame depends on FPS currently. So decrease it to work correctly. After that minigame will become easy-peasy

Edit: Tried your method It is still a bitch with slower machines you have to hit the start of every gray area. Thank-you for your help.[
