I had this problem too. Might wanna check the controllers that is plugged in. The game might incorrectly read the controller and spin the camera. I unplugged my cam and it was solved

Thanks!! So the translation worked... but for some reason when the click on "New Game" doesn't work... the settings click works, but New Game specifically doesn't

Try to extract it with 7-Zip. That works for me. Tested it with winrar-portable and had the same issue...

I put this where the github says, the config file is created, but the lips dont move, I have not installed any other mod.

Move your mouse, how fast you move your mouse is how fast the action goes.
