They are integrated, just in the subscriber only version of the game. Unless that version leaks again we won't be seeing updates to the three characters it covers.

If you subscribe you get key which has mod 6/20/24, Blueberry, Cotton, Caramel , guessing it was changed to work with new code in 0.20

poor people, old people with little rent, or with many children (Patchwork-families) ...
Sick people, disabled people, peoples who have little or no money of their own ...
for many people 5$ a month is way too much! they can't afford it. (for me too)

Yes, she can be like that ... I just haven't read anywhere where it's explained. Not even in Kleo where she explains the extinction of men. But that doesn't mean anything, because I don't understand much English.
It must be that women only give birth to girls in the story. So that the MC is the only heterosexual male and has no competition anywhere.

It's implied during a talk with MC and his wife that they lost a child. I don't remember it exactly, this game's update cycle isn't very conducive to remember the small details.

I've now looked in v0.16 to v0.20n to see what Violet and MC say after the twins are born. And I don't see anything like that ...
