In the game thread someone said they knew someone who had it on iOS. But there's no official Android version, and you don't get fan ports of games made with Unity.

No it's a Unity game you don't really get Android versions unless the developer makes them. There's a port of a old version linked in the actual game thread here from before the English translation, but that's the only Unity port I've ever seen.

Although (years ago) they have shown some ideas for more 1Room, they also had a new game they're working on. Seems the new game took priority. Sounded like they might want to remake 1Room in the new games engine too.
