Well said, this is a fictional, fantasy genre so why limit oneself to real world rules? I'm not disagreeing even though anal isn't my thing, but if only people thought this way, no one should have any issue with any "fictional, fantasy" kink. Be it NTR, incest, S&M, rape, vore, anything that goes against Rule 7, etc...
