Paranoid? I've got most of Adobe's cloud on my system via GenP/Monkrus. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about, but I do agree on the Blender part. Most people should be using that as it'll likely be the industry standard for most things in a few years. That's nonsense, you are paranoid, no one said you need 3ds max 2076 edition that costs 20.000$, you need an older product, it will do the job, or even use Blender why not it does the same modeling stuff, we are open minded here, and how are they gonna track your pirated products more precisely, i really want to know? What products will they track? Images? LOL!!! You never heard of conversion? I think more than half of those who make porn use pirated software...
They track via software, keys, and torrent trackers (both in the torrent, or purposely uploading an infected torrent of their own and having ISPs peg any users downloading it). Most often, via cracked codes or key generators. They'll see multiple accounts/users using the same ones, and boom. If they deem it necessary and see said users are publishing works via that cracked software, they will come down on you. Financially and legally. If they see you using the tool on social media and decide to check the license(s) only to see it's not there, they will (after contacting you, most likely, just in case.) come down on you. Just ask Amino Games and Crytek. They've made it clear they'll come after you if you're making any sort of profit - and then try to make an example out of you. Doesn't matter if you're an award-winning studio or an indie studio.
Most people who make porn games will likely only be pirating Adobe software, given how easy it is to pirate. Daz? Free. Renpy? Free. Blender (struggles with NFSW stuff, from what I've heard)? Free. Have no knowledge about KK/HS stuff, so can't speak on it. RPGMMV is $16 right now. QSP/Twine? Free. Live2D has a free version. So, again. Beyond Adobe products, what is there to pirate, exactly? Daz assets/plugins, Blender textures/uvs/plugins? That's about all I can come up with.
