Ah, the walkthrough solved the question.
On Day 14, you must choose "Tell Sara about the tuition".
On Day 16, you must choose "I should do chores and help Sara."

Ok i was not expecting this when i downloaded the game...9/10 would do it again... lost -1 for sex action(kinda dull) but the creativity involved on each setup was great!! Also got hooked up with the Golden Boy mainline and the secrecy history
