No idea where the research lab is, but the hospital:
1) Fire Extinquisher (to put out the wreckage fire)
2) Gun (to clear the security office)
3) Dildo (to masturbate the patient)
4) Gun (to clear the ward)
5) Blue Serum (to rid the tentacle)
It then goes green to mean 'clear,' but on my save, I got nothing from it. The game says I need a weapon to kill the tentacle, but I do not have the Katana-- just a gun-- and the gun does not work.
I am uncertain what the reward is, this is as far as I got so far.

It's not the patreon version of the game... It's probably things like giving you items, boosting stats, and triggering events.
There might be one. You can make the girls naked by having them take armor damage on explorations.

The cheats for the game are only available from the Patreon Build. This one is not the patreon build. I also don't have the patreon build.
