Well I can say this. The vanilla lovers got the game they always wanted: a boring, chore of a game. 
Does anyone know why does the game screen size does not change after pressing alt+enter? It changes to fullscreen but with black space around it.

Nah this is more of a vanilla game with the ntr being if you lose to the last boss.

Too generic, lack of direction like every single time you get control after a cutscene, slow burn grind for money, and traversal need a warp function to avoid wasting time return travel.
Tbh the feeling of slowburn can be eliminated with more engaging gameplay or faster pace. I also notice the town are unneccesarily big and some has weird looking townscape.
EDIT: The fact I can notice slowburn, big town, weird townscape is probably just symptom of the story structure. After cutscene you are left without direction, so you need to check every single nook and cranny in hoping you get it right to trigger next cutscene. Repeat ad infinitum. It is fine if sparingly but it is almost every single time. It is fine with walkthrough but if it become to that point to be engaging then you need to overhaul the story structure.

Stereotypes. It's almost always at the extreme ends of either spectrums. Either ultimate boring moe harem exaggerated virgin shit or ultimate degenerate cuck/rapist shit. Rarely are there hentai games where the protagonist is a balanced badass and belong to neither extreme sides.Well I can say this. You should give Pronant Symphony a try. It uses the Wolf RPG engine but has similar limitations like RPGMaker.

Yup great game. Definitely amongst the top of indie hentais along with Black souls or the last sovereign. But hentai games with story like those are super rare.

Correct me if I'm wrong, for NTR content you basically get a flashback scene that shows something bad that happened to them, and in the final scene which you really have to fuck up/lose. Other than that, everything else is just vanilla between girl and boring protag. Right?
You need to get Lyla a new Tavern Barkeeper for Northland. Once done, the sex scene after the construction of casino will trigger.
I also have a similar situation as you and found this solution by coincidence.
