Go to caregirl (Nathali, if I remember correctly) and she talk to you about girl with screwdriver (Shadow - new girl for you, IIRC she live on 4 floor)
But it was in v0.8

I completed 0.9 version; it's very easy.. just go to school & skylar should greet you.. new content starts there
just read what the characters tell you & follow that..
