Spoilers please (because the end of the game does not come for me) - and who is to blame for the fact that Joy leaves home? Why does Joy leave home? can be more? it just says in the walkthrough that Joy left home.
There is one more incomprehensible moment - why does Joy live in the "slutty town" not with his own daughter, but with his stepson? Katie (Joy's daughter) lives separately in a rented apartment. does this mean it's not the protagonist's fault that Joy left home? but I hope not a daughter (that is, Katie)

I didn’t pay attention right away - Joy left her husband with Malcolm. And in the “slutty town” the protagonist is Malcolm (that is, Joy's own son) and not her stepson.
Well everything, now everything falls into place. now it’s clear why Joy and the protagonist have far from the warm relationship that they had in the previous part of the game.
but everything turns out to be simple - the protagonist is not a stepson, but her own son.

Wow, talk about a rushed ending. The game was like a Stephen King book .... super good, ran perfect and then ... "it's a blank ... end of story." TERRIBLE! Go back and fix that whole last update. Get rid of Malcolm, forget her being angry with the Dad, make him go out of town or something for a "business trip" that he doesn't come back from ... then tie up some ends that need to happen ... and add a gallery. This game went from at least four stars to a ZERO on one update. I HATE THAT! I REALLY hope part 2 is better.
If you're in the part of the game where the elevator is broken, you'll have to use the stairs (right next to the elevator, in case you missed them.)
If you're NOT in that part of the game, then... um... I dunno.
