The Patcher will checked if the V0.03.1 is selected by verify the hashes. After that the patcher will begin his work and adding or replacing new or change files. After that the patcher will also check if the new files have the correct hashes. It also backup the modified files incase that something went wrong. But the main reason for the patcher is to save datavolume at downloading, because the files from the previos version must not be downloaded.

This patcher only work for the win version.
