You know, i was for the last month thinking about this game, and i could not find the name to search, just remember that was so good and had traps, so its enough to sign me up. Finnaly found it again.

Hmmm, game is still "onhold". I hope that this one doesn't end "abandoned" or I'll be really mad. Too many good games (even some I really liked and I'm hard to please) ended unfinished or onhold for long time, then abandoned by authors just because they lost interest, did not make enough money or any other silly reason... Working on something like this in free time is okay. Money earned from patrons are just bonus, because what matter are players and fun.
Making visual novel as that part time job or even full time job is wrong, but many authors think, that they will be successful and just go for it. And then reality sets in and they find they can't do it.
I know that this is not the case, that you working on this game for fun, but still...

so you want him to feel obligated to work on the game to live up to your expectations, im pretty sure the freedom to do this as a hobby is the reason hes not asking for money
