That is actually pretty similar to what is happening in the Nat Follow Jenna path where Nat leaves the home voluntarily and Ethan is left to his own devices after Nat trusts Daryll over him and spends the night out. At the gym, you as Ethan don't actually have a choice and are forced to intervene on Riya's behalf and begin a relationship with her. Meanwhile, Nat goes to the sex party alone, loses her job, begins doing porn, gets blown out by frat boys, and then discovers that not only is Ethan in a relationship with Riya but Ethan is working at her old company. That is the best Nat downward spiral path so far and I wouldn't be surprised if the cherry on top is that Riya is the one who got her fired in the first place.
