My guess, it's not implemented yet. Otherwise the file name would a have a number on the front like "31natselfie3 3.jpg", where 31 will tell you on which scene it happens to appear.

I played the hotel scene with Ethan and Darrel on the cuckold path and i got it complete (i thought) including after falling asleep and in the morning. But i did not see this part of the scene in it:
