I played the path, Ethan is a cheater and Nat stays faithful.
If my memory serves me well it's the route where Peter tries his luck with Nat.
The player just need to deny Peter's advances.

As long as you realize what the game's main emphasis is about (interracial cuckolding) the player won't be surprised if the other routes are not developed as of yet.
And thats ok. Jena tells Nat a story in game how she made Matt into cuck that story is more coherent then one we see in game. Darrel is rushed into a story that creates inconsistency which wont be fix because dev has to move forward whit what he made already it could been much better story whit few short scenes added
