Imo he better make the new chapter "worth" it, or he will get a major lose from his fan, we've or at least I am been waiting and milked for so long, even if it's mediocre it will still look bad for him/her.

The story takes an interesting turn, but there isn't much action. Only 2 scenes and the free one is quite short.
Chapter 15 should hopefully be better in terms of scenes.
