Under the style selection, where it says seed image, you just click the slider and a little box appears under it along with an image likeness slider that determines how closely the generated image looks to the original.
You can just take an image you have in a folder and drag it over to the box, or click on the box and it will open an explorer window and you can navigate to your image from there.
