I get this error using the download
Not sure when you last played but as of right now quite a bit. You can have sex with both sisters and one of the girls from school plus a lot of other things with the aunt cousin and mom.
I'm not getting that at all. Are you installing any mods with the game?

Still some things locked in the gallery or is that intentional by the dev and has nothing to do with the save? Cause strangely your save does not differ from mine when it comes to the gallery.

So I did some testing with this error and found a solution.
I'm attaching a copy of UNREN but you can google it if you don't trust a download off F95.
Put the .bat file in the root of the game folder and open it. A dos window will pop up asking you which option you want. Type in 9 and hit enter. This will extract all the images and scripts. Once done you should no longer get this error.
