We haven't nailed down how Mandy is going to get nailed yet.

The simple way to do it for Ryan to talk his way into her panties one day and the two of them get busy.
But there are a host of other options to consider.

I wouldn't say she 'hates' Ryan. More like she's angry with him for not having her back and is using Matt to punish him for it.
But even if Ryan is fine with fucking Mandy without Lauren's permission. Mandy doesn't want to torch her relationship with Lauren. So that's a no go without her cousin/best friend's blessing.
