for this fiction, they are a bunch of sex hungry sluts. theres no integrity, no self-reflection. in all scenes we see sex, even in the hospital, the doctor and nurse are making out. theres no professionalism.
and that affect the my opinion on the story. its superficial and soulless.
sure, its fiction and an adult game, and you want to make your patrons happy. but while doing that you are also making the characters without integrity.
