Has anyone done any kind of walkthrough? There is alot I have no idea of. Like how do I go to the store to get spices? god I hate sandbox games. I dont know why I bother. Any info would be great.

If you click on the icon on the left at the top center of the screen it will bring up a menu of sorts. This one should be the one to give you all your quests and info on what to do for them.
There's also a mini list for this info on the menu button under the money in the top right. Hope this helps.

The quest system is not detailed enough, I'm stuck at home in the beginning of the game with two quests saying not implemented yet, and the other three have not changed no matter what I do, also talking to those I can seems to just repeat what they last said, the sandbox of this game really needs some work, easier quest identification would be the best place to start, like putting exclamation marks atop peoples heads and areas where you need to go for whatever current quest is active.

Have you tried looking at the journal? And do the quest that doesn't have "Not implemented yet" next to them?

The next update is planned for some time this February. Rumor is that there will be some extremely hot scenes with a family member.

no it's not. Is the simple answer. The more thorough answer is check the dev's socials, their discord if there is one accessible and patreon/Subscribestar (only the later here) before asking. Also, seeing a one word/short sentence post is never really fun and always feel lazy.
