Mary made a mistake in the glory hole scene. They did talk about it. Depending on the path, it wasn't really cheating, as she was drunk, and thought it was Fred. If trust was low, she got upset with him for being pissed at her, and took it further in that scene. She explained this when they talked. He didn't trust Zoe when she told about Jeremy, again depending on path. If he was already cheating, then he would hesitate to bring it up, as he is guilty of it also. She is pretty sure that Fred has cheated. He only has some idea she has. This all came up in the end of the last chapter, and will go more into depth in the next one.

yeah i'm sorta of the same in the sense I can only able to do a cheating path once to see the content and consequences and only if I like the game enough. But as a main save I cant do it either especially to someone like Mary.
