I feel that this folder is the reason for all the behavior of parents in MC and I hope they tell you what is really happening and not that the MC finds that blue folder.
What do you think about this?

this game is all about different paths. so they could add incest path. (if they think it's worth the effort. but many think it is worth it because MC's mom is hot.)

No, it's about Nicole. She's the titular mother of the game.
In my humble opinion:
MC's mother (Jenny) = a classic model type + very noticeable motherly aura
Nicole = an A-level pornstar type with a more feminine face/body but less motherly aura than MC's mother
They are both beautiful in different ways. I personally prefer Jenny when it comes to milfs.
