The incest in this is weird. The way the MC talks and other little things (like referring to the mother as "your mom" rather than "our mom" when talking to them) makes me think they are fake step sisters rather than real ones. That annoyance aside from no choices/kinetic (that I can put up with if everything else is fine) plus grainy renders plus weird sentence structure like putting commas where there really shouldn't be any made me give up in the middle of ch3 and having to ctrl skip a lot to even get that far, I just couldn't get into it when I still have to catch up on a few dozen other actual incest AVNs mostly without those issues. Maybe if the story also started at the beginning several years before it did rather than having to try piece together what happened in the past while also trying to follow the present too that would have also helped.

Just tell them to get a PC or use Joiplay. Most Android users just use that as a work-around, so there's really no good reason for Android ports anyway, as they are only about 10% of AVN readers.
VPN ftw. Just change IP = daily limit reset. Music is overrated anyway, most of it in porno games is the same free 50 songs anyway. Don't want silence = open Winamp and start playing your own music.
