It's a sort of end. However, once you get pregnant, you will obtain an item that allows you to not be pregnant, and exit the loop.

Do you guys advise to start a new save game after not playing for a year+?
I have the feeling that my saves are broken..

I load a save as bimbo victoria, but in the brothel, tavern etc. she always has scenes as "regular" victoria..

It would be wise to do so. The Dev adds and modifies the content integrated in the previous versions, without mentioning bug fixes

She is one of the slaves for him if you choose his path and Sophie is not saved.
