You seem to deliberately miss the point of the game. The whole story is about having sex with your family which is something the MC thinks about before he even knows about the family traditions. So with that in mind why on gods green earth would he choose NOT to participate, it would go directly against the premise of the game.

It's the entire point of the game.
The one and only premise of the entire thing is the family tradition and free family sex.
That is it, that is the one and only goal.
If that's not what you want to see, this isn't the game for you like I said a few comments ago. It's not a date sim, it's not looking for the MC's one true love, it's a family taking care of each other and occasional sex.
There are other girls outside the family and one of those is maybe his future wife and mother of his kids Su-jin but there is no avoiding the main point of the game which is free family sex. She will also be getting in on it when she gets back from visiting her family.

No the MC has no say in who the family fuck that's not how it works.
They aren't his girls, the rules are anyone can have sex with who they like as long as there is consent. Nobody is in charge of anyone and no one can tell someone else who they can and can't have sex with.
There are no relationships allowed in the family and no pregnancies, it's just sex.

As far as I remember when it comes to the immediate family you don't have a choice in the game (but don't quote me on that, my memory is a little foggy about that)

so far the only real gf we can pursue is su-jin and we do get a choice to do that or not.
