Which files did you remove? I have the same issue but I don't want to remove the whole folder, it seems to contain other important stuff. Are you talking about the 4 files beginning with a "1" inside Game but outside other subfolders?

There's a few fonts in the game folder. Just right click them and select install and it will install them into your Windows font folder.

As for the rest of the pictures, unless you use a gallery unlocker, you'll have to play mutliple paths to unlock every girls scenes.
