my friend with all due respect you don't seem to understand

when people like me complain about the Harem it is not the Harem that we are complaining

about we are complaining about that we don't have the option to skip or avoid.the Harem

some people like the Harem route and that is wonderful and terrific

however some people like me like to play with one girl route only and both ways of playing the game are perfectly fine whether you like Harem or not

I would never want Harem tag to be removed from any game all we are asking for is the option
(y)
I get that, but if the game is tagged as harem since the beginning, it's probably because that is something the dev wants to focus on. I personally don't like NTR but I think it would be kind of weird from my part to go to a thread of a game with that tag and complain that it's not avoidable.

This is a really good game. I love the characters (Valery is no. 1 GF material, fight me), the story is delightful in its simplicity (so far) and there are some amazingly adorable elements here and there (jabs at BaDIK? loving it!). There are some SPaG issues but not bad enough to detach from the experience. All in all, great job!

I can understand why some people might not like harems, but I have to agree that it's a little bit silly to see a game with that tag a go to the thread to complain about it. If the game had been in development for a while and out of nowhere the dev decided to add that tag, then yeah I think complaining about it would be justified.
the problem some are having with the harem tag is that it makes no sense in this VN, the way its set so far i cant understand how a harem will work unless its some BS like the girls are so broken they willing to share this small town farm boy just for reasons, and i think the harem will ruin the emotional connections to the girls if we can just fuck them all

you know there are a lot of games with the Harem tag that allow you to skip the Harem and focus on one girl
so when I find a game that does not give me that option I think I have a right to voice my concerns

let me give you an example

I'm playing a game right now with a lot of female characters but in this game it has one female

character to me she's the ultimate waifu she's the only girl for me I love this character but to continue with

the story I have to cheat on her with the other girls and
and I know what you're going to say it's just a game and I shouldn't take it so seriously but I can't help it

I am actually heartbroken that I have to do that to continue to play the story so right now I'm

begging the developer with all my heart and soul to give me the option to not do that even if it results in less content for me

and you're telling me I shouldn't do that. Just because it has the Harem tag I shouldn't complain at all and

express my feelings in a very respectful way to the developer that I'm heartbroken

I think we have to wait a little more to see where the story goes. I can see someone like Jade or Jenny being ok with sharing the mc. If you decide to let Jade give you a blowjob, Jenny doesn't seem too bothered by it. But harem games are never realistic, part of playing a game like this is realizing that this is something that would probably never happen in real life.

but this VN is trying to be more realistic, and i dont think after loving the MC for years and finally getting the chance to be with him Ashley will just let other girls be with him as well, or the teacher sharing with all the girls, the only way a harem will work is if you forget about the story or any logic like most harems do and i have 0 interest in Jade

I 100% get that, sometimes there are some girls in harem games that I don't like and I would rather avoid. Having the option to choose which girl you want to pursue is a good thing. I am not saying that you shouldn't express your opinion, It's hard for me to express myself since english is my second language. But I think part of playing a game that is tagged as harem is understanding that probably the main focus of the game is to get with all the girls.

I think it's still too early to tell what girls would be ok with, we don't know them that well yet. As I said I think part of playing harem games is suspending your disbelief. Even if some of the story elements are more based in real life, it's still a porn game there is so much realism you can add to the game until it gets boring. But that is just my opinion.

Nol, you shouldn't. Annoys the piss out of me personally. Let the dev make the game they are making. Don't like it..move on. How would you like it if I went to your fave game and started asking/begging/demanding changes to suit what I personally want? Always free to make your own perfect VN, no one stopping you.

Truth of the matter is..most harem games do not allow you single LI paths...it's too much work, or when they do, it just doesn't flow properly and the story becomes completely disjointed (more than a harem story already is).

We are sure that Jenny is not OK. I don't think the harem tag is correct, maybe in planned tag but not currently in game (there is not even a kiss with multiple girls yet, just a blowjob from 1)

Ashley, Jenny or Val dont seem to be the type to wanna share a guy with others, we dont know what the harem tag means at the min it could just be there because we can sleep with all the girls but still only date 1

We can have sex with pretty much all the girls in BaDIK and it doesn't have the tag. This game is in the same vein

Blowjob from 1, only if you accepted it. I chose not to.

Yeah if you let Jade give you a blow job none of the girls seem to be very bothered by it. Even Rebecca, which seems to be the shier girl in the group, she stays and watches it.

I really don't understand why realism is constantly invoked as an argument against relationships with multiple women let alone a "proper" harem.

Here's a list of some of the unrealistic things in the story:

- You get your college education paid for by a mysterious benefactor
- The benefactor turns about to an extremely hot heiress who is basically already in love with your because you remind her of her dead childhood friend
- The only things you have to do to repay the heiress is to go on dates with her (you're a gigolo), and to do a number of trivial tasks in a house full of hot, damaged women. Also the game is hinting that Jenny wants you to "emotionally" help those hot girls too
- Your remedial college class just happens to also include a famous actress, who already seems be attracted to you
- Your teacher has a troubled past, and you will inevitably get to sleep with her too.
- Goes without saying, but pretty much every woman you meet immediately likes you and wants to be your friend, if not outrights falls in love with you

Apparently for some people all that is fine for "realism", but the idea of the MC having an intimate relationship with more that one woman in any capacity just crosses the line... somehow. Yeah I get people have different things they're willing to suspend their disbelief on, or what they would enjoy from this story, but then the argument should be "I personally don't like this element of the story" rather than "this part of the story is unrealistic and makes the story bad!".

Just to reiterate, the above is not meant to be a criticism of the game itself. I really am enjoying the game so far and like where the story seems to be going. The game seems to be going down a path that's not commonly seen and I like it all the more for it. Previously I called it "emotional gigolo" or "sexual healing", but I guess it maybe could be called a "soft" harem though I don't think that fits perfectly. Thinking back, I think the game seems to be inverting the "women fixes broken/damaged man" romantic trope (man fixes broken women) and combining it with harem-lite or sharing-lite elements, which is perhaps why I find it appealing.

I 100% agree with this. These stories are always unrealistic, and I think that is what makes them fun.

your points are not that unrealistic
1. my university was paid for by a benefactor, wasn't a mysterious 1 but a Russian oligarch
2. he reminds her of someone she did love thats why she likes him
3. you dont have to go on dates with her just clean the house
4. i went to university with athletes, and shes not that famous and only attracted to the MC because hes kind to her
5. we might be able to sleep with the teacher but that also happens in real life 2
6. is it so strange that a girl might wanna be your friend, i know its crazy but you can have female friends without sleeping with them
and the only girl who falls in love with the MC is Ashley because shes felt that way for a while

Liking the mc because he reminds her of an old friend is not that unrealistic, but accepting him into an university because of that even though he doesn't have the qualifications necessary to do so, it kind of is. Also the fact that the game hints that jenny wants the mc to help the girls with their issues, even though she just met him and doesn't know anything about him is very unrealistic.
