Load a current save first, then right-click and go into preferences. You should see this:


If you don't load a save first, it doesn't show the Change Character Titles.

The naming seems to have stuck for me but the 'LewdFX Volume' had no affect on the sounds. Seems to be a common issue with Renpy games that sound is unattached to the volume sliders so I end up having to mute the entire game.

Tried the name change, it didn't work, no matter what I put in there, the game has reverted back to this "Guardian" crap.

This was mentioned earlier in the thread. Here is how to fix it.
1: Start a new game and take the Quirky intro.
2: Set things as you choose.
3: Load your save (I backed up to one screen before they said goodnight)
4: Go to preferences and set things as you choose again.
5: Proceed to play. The reason I backed up before the goodnight scene is I can tell if the change stuck.

If you skip the intro you miss the naming and title portion. Under Preferences there is an option at the bottom called Change Character Titles.

It does nothing.. I enter what I want, the game confirms it, the game loads exactly the same... I'll come back when someone fixes it..
