Quick question: do we think Ellie and Dylan will fuck? Seems like a longshot given how Ellie treats her brother and also if she's going down a lesbian route with Julia and Sophia, but if you got that bonus storyline in the latest update, it might just be setting up for them to become a bit closer and for Ellie to become a better sister to Dylan.
Will this lead to sex? I sure as hell hope so, and I hope that Dylan plays it smart because I don't think Ellie will fall for the same tricks as Sophia and she'll be a lot less forgiving too if his advances are too obvious.

Yes, I know, that's why I said it could be a longshot, but then you have to wonder what else would be the purpose of this bonus storyline? At the end of the day, this is an adult game and sexy fun times are kinda the main point, so it's hard to imagine this being just an innocuous storyline that won't lead to anything sexual.
We're also only at playable day 11 of 30 and a lot can still happen. Sophia's progressed quite a lot in such a short space of time and Ellie could change too, especially if we get some more time jumps. Plus, Dylan noted that what she said after the hug didn't seem laced with the usual animosity, so if he can continue being a good brother to Ellie and Sophia continues doing things with both of them, I could see those two worlds collide and it leads to Ellie and Dylan doing things with each other.
She may not go from bitchy sister all the way to being a softy sister, but she might at least get comfortable with a casual thing with Dylan where they can use each other to satisfy their needs.
Maybe, but I'm hoping to see Sophia get involved somehow. Perhaps she sees them kiss, waits for them to finish, then she approaches them and they all go into the pool together where Ellie gets a bit handsy and it builds more tesion between them.

But then a lot of shots in this game are from an elevated position and it's usually just how L&P has chosen to position the shot, not because it's the perspective of a character.

But do we know that? L&P teases us with a shot of Ellie and Julia sunning themselves in their bikinis but maybe that's all they do. After all, there was a choice earlier to not kiss Juila so this could have two different versions depending on that, and even if you did kiss Julia and then kissed Sophia, Ellie might still be unsure about having a relationship with Julia and we don't get any kiss here.
So yes, damn L&P and his cryptic clues because this could be something or it could be nothing, even though we're all hoping for the former.

That is true, but this game doesn't always follow conventional wisdom, if it did then Sophia would have already had lots of sex with several characters by now, including Dylan and Ellie.
The other thing is that those characters succumbed relatively easily and it will be interesting to see how L&P develops this in a slower, more meaningful way like what he's doing with Sophia. It doesn't have to blossom into being in love like those other typical characters, but even if their relationship just gets to a point where she stops giving him such a hard time and it's done out of mutual affection and desire for each other, that would be just fine.

I dream of a Sophia/Dylan/Ellie/Patricia ending, so I'd be inclined to say "yes". But more than just my desire to see that ending is the fact that Patricia is a kinky freak. If Sophia starts telling her about what she's been getting up to with Dylan and with Ellie, I feel like Patricia might want in on that too.
