Yes he did, and this is why I addressed this in my original response to him, people heard his opinion, for sure. Though you usually not addressing fans with questions like "I do not agree with how this game developed", you usually use this to band with others who agree with you in order to be heard by dev. And we both know, L&P visit this wonderful corner from time to time. So point still valid, especially considering how vague he was with his words.

Sorry to cause the confusion, but I didn't mean this as him exactly addressing dev, more like that yeah, it wasn't directed exactly towards the dev (and were vague as hell), though I still stand by my point.

You can draw your own conclusion as to why the dev takes so long to release an update.
Some will say he is milking others will say that he is not working on the game as much as he should do.
Other will say his attention to details/perfectionist and that he is unwilling to hire people or cut AwAm to less characters.
My feeling are that he should hire somebody as this project will prove to be too big for a single dev so he should swallow his pride,or whatever it is and get help.
Draw your own conclusion as to why he takes so long.

yup, the part that says "Get access to the latest version 6 days earlier" has not been accomplished, many months... No privileged access. We wait as the rest of tiers... We download the same release day as everyone.

To be fair it pisses me to wait for that long... He's been adviced how to fix it, not in my hands.
About 544,50€, invested, not spent. I do like his art, i won't be paying for it if not.
I patron more artists, not just games, and yes, i think is a fair trade. I earn more than enough to put my money were i like to.
They can pay their bills, food and stuff, and concentrate to be creative, patroning is nice if you like art.

I think there's a general problem here and not only about this dev. There are thousands of games, but the big majority are very amateur, a lot of them haven't even proper english and are done by one developer, they don't try to work on team. Still, a lot of them don't care get earnings from patrons, even when they don't act like professionals. Too many games, too little quality.

In this case, the dev has talent, he created a story which became popular. But he doesn't behave like a professional, despite of he earns enough money to make a good living in any part of the world. Like the most of the devs here, he doesn't have a vision to the future, he isn't aware that if he wants to create ambitious projects, he needs to start creating a team, not only for this game but for the future ones. Spending more than 6 years for a VN which consists only on pics and gifs isn't a great mentality, he will feel tired sooner or later for working so much time in a single project.

Look, this other devs created adult games studios, which earn around $100.000 per month each one, the CEOs should be earning at least between $20.000 - 30.000 per month. And they are constructing a prestige, which allows them to increase their earnings continuously in time, so, they will be able to create even better and complex games in the future.

If the devs here don't learn that for creating quality games they need to work in team, they will get stucked in their projects for a lot of time. Then, more stress, more preassure, more insatisfaction. The creative people want to start new projects from time to time. live there, and they didn't have problems to find workers. If he would live in the middle of Africa, that would comprehensible, but not there.

dont want compare about two games,
but I agrees with hire someone for project "big game". I mean Milfy City also must hire someone.
