Not all that hard, but very tedious. And going forward it will get even more tedious, as you get into dialogue- and narration-dependencies like at the Ellie/Julia/Sophia lesbian pool scene: did you let Julia kiss you, did you let her feel your boobs, did you let her expose your boobs, did you play with Julia's boobs, did you expose Juila's boobs.
Either someone is nuts enough to take all that on and hope they don't miss anything, or we're all going to have to accept incongruities like "Hey, I never asked Ellie about her dildo!".

It's simplified a whole bunch because L&P usually just takes the end condition as required for the next event. So in your example, you won't get the conversation about Ellie's dildo unless you've completed all of the Ellie/Julia event. And it's likely you won't get the Ellie event on playable day 14 unless Sophia asks Ellie about her dildo.
