Aiden will 100% try to have sex with Sophia, that is a guarantee, there is no way someone like Aiden who has Sophia in the position she is and would not try to eventually have sex with her. Each task is escalating and Aiden is trying to see how far he can push things.

It's a question of Sophia will or won't and right now she wouldn't for 100% certainty but by task 12, she might feel different. After all, she liked Aiden's cock before she knew it was Aiden.

The difference will be whether he wants Sophia just for himself (Aiden's idea of the romantic route) or whether he wants to turn her into a total humble slut, i.e. he will make her available to everyone at some point. If the "romantic route" is the goal, Sophia is in love with Aiden in the end and it is no longer necessary to get rid of him after the 12th task. If the goal is humiliation / submission and she is doing the tasks voluntarily, he will drop her like a hot potato after the task.
