I did not see the vote, but many supporters (including me) agree with the vision of the author. It is unique and amazing. I hope he will always stick to it.

I dont know, but according to the plan this evening is an filthy route "Sophia/Ellie/Patricia" - event. And most likely, sex with the husband will be only one of the part various of the evening too.

My main criticism with the game has always been that the developer oftentimes misses some great opportunities to add sexual tension to Sophia's interactions. I personally love the slow corruption, and truly enjoy the story and the majority of the characters. When I play the game, I oftentimes find myself deeply immersed in what's happening, and interested to see how Sophia will change and grow. Having said that, there are many casual talking scenes that add very little to Sophia's sexual awakening, and are just there either to set up future scenes, or dump a bunch of exposition on the player.
I'm not saying the dev should change the overall story or the events, but rather, simply add small changes to spice things up. As I explained before, why have the scene with Patricia and Carl skinny-dipping and Sophia immediately leaving? Couldn't she have hesitated a bit, or at the very least, been a bit curious about the adventurous couple? Why not have a bit of flirting with Vicky in the gym, or the shower, or during the massage? Why not have a small kiss between Sophia and Patricia after confronting the thugs? Such simple elements would have, in my humble opinion, greatly elevated the update.
I'm not asking for sex scenes, masturbation or even full-frontal nudity - just palpable sexual tension which either puts Sophia in an uncomfortable situation, or shows how she's gradually changing. Without external pressure, there can be no internal growth. This can be done through dialogue and descriptions too; it doesn't need to be visual. The thing is that the developer can do this - I know he can. With the sunscreen scene, the basketball game, or the late night masturbation scene from way back, Lust&Passion quickly proved that he can take small details and imbue them with sexuality and eroticism.
Remember the cello scene? That right there was grade A material. Same applies to the breakfast scene with the movers, which had a strong undercurrent of sexual tension. Hell, even the park jogging scene with Patricia was well done, along with Natalie's first day. It's just a shame that it took a date rape drug to make Sophia take the first significant step outside of her marriage. I'm not complaining about that scene (I quite liked it), I'm just saying that there could have been a bit more groundwork of sexual tension to get her to that point, so it's not only the drug's fault but also her own frustration.
Overall, I get the sense from the developer that he's either actively holding back on adding those little details (which to me are obvious from a character standpoint), or he truly believes they're not needed at this point in the story. Sophia is a stunningly gorgeous woman, and regardless of how moral and faithful she is, it would be safe to say that the world she inhabits does not necessarily share her views. So it would make sense, story-wise, that people would be more actively pursuing her (at least people within her social circle, such as Alyssa, Vicky or Claire, the hairdresser). It does not need to be anything extreme.
Either way, I'm excited to see what the next update brings. And thank God the developer offered a more detailed breakdown of the next three days. At least now people will know what to expect.

I largely agree, and this ties with the main problem I have with this otherwise great game. Well-done slow build-up is more than OK with me (I have been an enthusiastic fan and high-tier patron of Dating My Daughter and Melody from the beginning) but what I can hardly stand is how much damn prude (and judgemental) the author has written Sophia to be, and how slowly and painfully it takes for her to show serious signs of change from her puritan act. I did not ask or expect for her to be a bed-hopping swinger or practicing bisexual from the beginning, but she reacts to wearing a bikini, sharing a shower or talking about sexual issues with her sister or daughter, hearing her son masturbating or accidentally brushing up his penis, etc. like she's witnessing murder.

No doubt people with that extreme level of prudishness exist in RL, but I find them extremely unpleasant and tiresome and go out of my way to avoid them like the plague. More importantly, they are far from being the social standard for a Gen-X person of the MC's background. Being forced to share Sophia's Victorian PoV for multiple updates in order to progress in the game is rather annoying to say the least, and a real pity given the other valuable features of this game.

As a comparison, there are other well-written, well-drawn corruption games with female MC I cherish (Good Girl Gone Bad, Jessica O'Neil Hard News) where the MC start being faithful to their partners but much less fearful and ashamed of sexual stimuli, and with the right player decisions it doesn't take anywhere so much for them to show meaningful signs of evolution to a more horny/corrupt mindset.

This is not about being able to see sex scenes sooner, I greatly appreciate well-done slice of life VNs, but I find tiresome being forced to share headspace with a bloody nun for several game-days.

About Сarl is interesting, it will be the exchange of wives or threesome.
About Bennett, the author hinted long time ago, that this would be responsible for education of Dylan. But I do not think that if Sophia refuses Bennet and everything will be bad. The author will make an alternative solution.
