Yeah, blackmail routes are unrealistic, anyway, to say the truth the incest routes are equally unrealistic. In reference to real life blackmail is more realistic then incest, I suppose.

It's hard to even compare these two. Blackmail even if silly is at least possible while incest is just a porn addition of small amount of tabbo in mostly vanilla form. I'd go all the way with any form of even dumbest blackmail if I had to choose - at least people there usually act like humans (even if not the brightest ones).
It seems like next update won't feature much of a content for anyone except of Dylan/Ellie but I do hope for some small Sam's cameo and that Neil part being expended. Really like that part with Neil. Teacher was a bit disapointing so I'm waiting for him as well to see how it goes further. I wonder how long it will take for these old patients to have any action when they had barely anything and MC needs a proper build up for everything.

You are absolutely right, Alyssa gives Sophia the first "lesbian temptation" point and first step to her bisexuality. And something more in the future(I am also waiting for their continuation)

I find that cellphone stat thing inadequate. There should be relationship tallies with all potential love interests. The script is recording "points" for Emma the student (there was an old error that occurred if you played from an old save because the game was counting Emma points but the field wasn't defined), for example, and I think that cellphone thing should show a tally of everyone you get points for.
