I can, it's very simple because I have a reason for it.How can you argue about good intent when he slaps a USD/EUR figure to a promise and does not fullfil it for years while getting the EUR/USD amount anyways? When he says at the end of every update that the next will come faster but in the end it comes slower? When he says "End of Month X is realistic" the month before so people read and keep paying and then it always comes out 1 month after he predicted it?
Even this time L&P said "End of January" back when everyone was deciding
"The update will already come quicker with the new method". Well 2 months later here we are and it's getting slower.
This was after he announced the special pc/dev/development, in December, where he, once again says he's working "on it as before" and "heading for the end of January". He does this all the time. Lie to get people not to turn off patron memberships and then the development slips away for next month.

We're 15 days away, let's see if he pulls through but there is nothing to apologize for. If anything, he's the one that has to apologize to the people who finance him for consistently missing his own goals.
One says and does, and despite the fact that the implementation of his plans is shifting in time, I understand him.
Others, however, are engaged in the fact that they only say the same thing, trying to inflate their authority in this way by criticizing the first one, the one who not only speaks, but also does.

My favourite dev in this regard is After Choices who makes Free Pass. He lives in Myanmar, so any unforeseen delays are because the military are dicks and have shut down the electricity and/or internet. But he still managed to deliver updates with about as many renders in around 2-3 weeks.
Until we threatened to kidnap him and take him to a remote location so that he took some time off to spend with his fam and not burn out.
He also has numerous people helping him officially and unofficially.
Just wish L&P would learn from those that could reasonably surpass him

His set expectations always fail. Always. Development keeps getting slower despite him suposedly making it faster.
As time goes by, no matter what he does, development keeps getting slower. Do you understand that?
Anyways, why am I wasting time with you? You're presented with facts and have seen screenshots (now and in the past) of L&P himself missing his own predictons for years now and all you can say is the same thing over and over and then presenting us with some russian proverbs.

What should be done? Get someone to do all the work, do the research, gather and structure all the necessary steps.
I think the delay now is because of that. Hopefully the next update will go faster.

L&P has learned to expertly gaud patrons into staying with every message stating some lie about development going faster.
I seriously wonder what his steps will be once patron eventually shuts it down.
Even his "special" development.. Special this special that.. Unless is something never seen in other VN's. I don't see how can animations be called special. But let's wait and see.

I absolutely agree with you! L&P has a lot more to learn!
In my opinion, he does not know how to communicate with the public, I would say he is not attentive enough to the public.
He also needs to organize his work better.
And if ViperDonkey carefully reads what I wrote, he may notice that I said the same thing as him, only I did not call L&P a liar, a deceiver, and so on.
ViperDonkey, like L&P, also has something else to learn.

If L&P didn't take things so personally, I'd understand. But his vitriol towards those of us that enjoy the game like fan artists, and could be quite willing to provide free labour if it improves the game, really gives the impression he has no intention of improving things, and is just doing what he wants artistically regardless.
And will take something like the shutting down of his Patreon account (for knowing and intentionally breaching their TOS), for him to wake up.
On a different note, it occured to me that even L&P accepts that the Dylan route is so boring at the moment, that it remains the only route with a mini-game.
And yet, I agree with ViperDonkey's assessment of the situation, certainly far more often than I agree with yours.
Sophia observed or heard something secretly. It was nothing erotic! Something strange is happening at the school. In my opinion, her facial expression also shows the question of how Sophia should deal with her suspicions/knowledge now. Maybe this is the beginning of the story for the not so comfortable ending of the blackmail by Aiden after the eighth task.And yet I wonder what she is looking at so attentively and somewhat tensely?
