Nope, its info about delay. And it shows only €1, if you click it. If you see €30 there, then it is the update!

Such detailed explanation on what's causing issues. The only pressure as I see it is in L&P's patrons pants. Dude is as transparent as a 10 inch thick wall made of lead.
