And, yeah, add a prompt asking if you even care to see the small fantasy of the janitor or Sam or whoever.
It doesn't spoil or ruin anything if done right and adds a lot of content.
Imagine the Sam bedroom scene. Same exact renders and dialogue for 95% of it (as much or little as you want, it can be the entire event or a segment of it) and then you add a few new renders of what he wishes happened.
He's a teen boy that had his dream woman in his hands and mouth. If we have to believe he WOULDN'T have tried harder to fuck her or touch her in other ways...show that he at least wishes he did. There is your fantasy and another almost free 5-10 mins of story per update.
