Yeah, the animation is of Sophia and Vicky running on the treadmill that's why it's jumping that fast .

I'm 99% sure it's not a real animation considering how fast it's going up. It's most likely one of those loops with a few frames L&P's done in the past using DAZ. Don't ask me why he'd waste time on that crap tho.
