I do not like/dislike the dev - I do not Know the dev.
I Do dislike L&P's business practice of lying to his supporters and censoring their feedback.
If I was a current supporter - I'm certain I would be relegated to one of his favorite groups - the Rats.
Finally - I do provide pro/con assessments of AWAM and its releases.
What I enjoy now is, however, tainted by the knowledge that L&P CANNOT finish AWAM with the current business as usual model.
There is No path from here to the completion of PD 30 that does not include development time > 25+ years IRL, if the 2-2.5 years to complete 1 PD is the pace that he chooses to maintain.
That is not Whinging - that is Math.

L&P critics or its "haters" think of people like you as "dumbed down sheep", while you think you are dealing with "abandoned bitter lovers" who need to tell their pain over and over again.
First of all, I would like to say that I support L&P with a small contribution. I still do this for two reasons. The first reason is that L&P delivers and has done so for 6 years. That's longer than many other promising games have even existed. I consider myself a consumer, not a partner or friend of L&P, and pay what I consume. The second reason is silly and has to do with L&P enviers.
Although I consider some of the "critics" to be complete idiots, there are critics/members whose opinions I respect, whose reasoning I can understand, and whose experiences I share to some extent.
And even if some of you seem to repeat their opinions and experiences over and over again like a prayer mill, in my opinion their statements are partly true.
f95zone is a free forum, everyone here is allowed to express his opinion with new contributions, that is freedom! But I am just as free not to read these posts.
Now you may ask why I support L&P, when I agree with some arguments of its critics, that L&P does not reach self-set goals, does not keep promises, its work organization remains chaotic and I would write some routes its history differently. The reason is - I am only a consumer, not his L&P's employee, partner or friend. My monetary contribution is small enough that I don't mind all this.
Because despite everything, L&P still provides me with a VN that keeps me busy and makes me fun.

I wish one of the backers, or preferably several, would tell the Dev to return Sophia's breasts to the way they were at the start of the game & for many playable days after that, because they are currently far too big. She was shapely & elegant back then, with a 36D bust measurement. Now they're the first thing anyone meeting her would notice. That 36D was big but not enough for fans of the MILF/bimbo stereotype it seems. "Big tits" & "big ass," essential tags for average teen porn.

That said, there's people on both ends of the spectrum. Haters on one end, sheep on the other (or whatever you wanna call it). I could easily give examples as to who I believe is an actual "sheep" in contrast to the links you provided, but I'll refrain from doing so for the sake of this thread not generating more needless drama. Either way, I'd like to think that most of us are somewhere in-between, be it on the positive or negative side of things.
In the end, we're all here because we want a good game. It's just that some are more, well...let's call it "accepting of the current situation" so not to offend anyone, whereas others straight up address shit when they see it. And L&P certainly has a talent to leave big ol' dumps on the track that is pretty much every single devcycle for the past few years and so certain topics naturally reoccur time and time again.
For those complaining that people may say the same things over and over again, I'd argue that there's a reason for it most of the time. I can only speak for myself here, but I'm not randomly coming to this thread every day and, for example, be like;
"Hey guys, by the way, L&P said he's gonna hire help for the past 4+ years. What a liar! See ya'll tomorrow."
Sure, I did address this multiple times, but that's because L&P himself makes these claims almost on a quarterly basis which in return leads me to give my opinion on it whenever another one of those statements pop up. Either that, or as a response to people talking about this topic. Same goes for people who keep saying how this game makes good progress. That's straight up delusional, and anyone following this project for a couple years knows it's just wrong as things are constantly getting slower. So I'll give my opinion on it, like it or not.
And for those who are pointing fingers at the critics for addressing the same things, maybe point at L&P for making the same claims/statements over and over again aswell, which alot of the time is the source of reoccurring topics. Or, as mentioned above, other forum users who are constantly making factually wrong statements about the state of the game or it's development. It goes both ways.
Anyway, people like TomUK, who is trying to tell others to leave the forum because of their opinion are the absolute worst, and that's the only time you'll see me feed them their own medicine because it's complete and utter garbage nonsense.

We will wait until August, what option do we have? The wait for the poor becomes endless.
I have a lot to say about the game and about how would I continue updating it in the future... Yes, it is annoying must admit, but it is the most realistic game of this kind...blah,blah, blah... I can't do anything about it, I just like playing it how developer imagine it. Enjoy, don't hate.

I suggest everyone go play MILFs of Sunville!, Stable updates, stronger in all aspects than this game with slower updates

Just continuing the point, I'll admit I'm one of the ones that tends to say the same thing over and over, but that's only because the same thing appears to happen - over and over. Where I tend to speak up is when a criticism of the game is dismissed with the rebuttal of something along the lines of "but you'll still be one of the first to download the update when it's leaked".
Last update I downloaded was v.160. Last update that was worth downloading for my playthrough was v.150, over a year ago. Possibly still a year to go until the next one. Hopefully I'll be able to hold the line until then.
All that said, I still do enjoy the game. I still spend far more time than I should trying to identify the assets used in the game, so fan art is possible. The list of assets I've personally identified is about half the total.
I've been looking for some ideas for Ellie fan art. If you like, PM me and I might be able to do something until her next event.the way I look at it, I'll see Half Life 3 sooner than Ellie's day or some big event with her.
