The easiest way is to use Unren and modify script.rpy. You'll want the "ellie" variable to be at least 22.

There is a sex scene between the neighbours, but Sophia only has sex with her husband so far.
Although for me the lesbian scenes in the game, even when Sophia is spying on her daughter with her friends or when she is spying on her maid, are more exciting than the sex scenes with her husband. The hook of this game is the slow burning. The most of the games here go directly to sex, many times so fast, that they lack excitement. This game bet for the opposite, creates a huge anticipation and generates emotion even for small things, like finally seeing a kiss or nudity.
Many impatient people don't like that and put a bad review, also I guess that many regular reviews are because the updates take too long.
"too many side stories" - Well, I think this is core of dev's strategy to implement as much teasing as possible. He constantly introduces new characters, and has hung old ones near border of "red" line. Literally after first sex scene Sophia will become spoiled fruit, consequently greatly reduce teasing/longing effect of game. However in final stages of the game (2-3 years from now I think) opposite domino/avalanche approach makes sense, to keep excitement and interest of the gaming audience in showing how deep the hole is.

Let me clarify that I did also go on to say that maybe I was wrong and it best as is.
Also, you can easily shut down the side stories by not choosing certain things, so not complaining, just stating it might have been better to start some and then finished before starting others.
Everyone here already got the idea of being a slow burn game with focus on teasing and expectations of whats coming next. But more than 2 years for almost nothing but teasing and softcore? Really? There is a thin line between slow burn and be boring. Then Someone will say there is sex with the husband... Ok but is this the real reason for the people playing this game? To see boring and ordinary sex with husband? Or waiting something else that never comes...
When sex starts the game will loose it's special status and identity. This game is erotic one and is focused on taboos ( teacher -students/ mom -son/mom-daughtet / mature -young ). We need to understand the idea of this game.
I thing what make this game great is the erotic themes ( not the sex ) also the taboo side not the regular ideas.the game stimulate things hardly can be done in real life.
There are thousands of games there focusing on sex and it's Bullshit. This game is unique.
IMO, problem is incest. As far as I know, incest is not allowed in Patreon. That means that, as happened with "Dating my Daughter" for example, if the story progresses to the point the MC stops teasing her son and/or daughter (and players) and there is some real incest, the dev is going to be banned from Patreon. And the dev is only making money from Patreon, as far as I know. He doesn't have his own website or something. It makes sense that the dev is trying to delay the progression of the story as much as possible.
Not at all. There are a lot of games in this site about incest and mature-young, straight goes lesbian, and cheating and corruption, in which nothing interesting happens and there is only a promise that, at some point, something really taboo is going to happen. This game has better 3D models than average, and that makes it more successful that most of that kind of games. That's all.
I understand. But I mean this game is unique in many aspects: the very slowly building story, the realistic approach and off course the quality.
In many games, after just few minutes (or hours ) sex starts in a strange way. This game makes you feel something real happens.
Also, let's not forget that the stories have many lines and a lot of characters.

I thought the same. Patreon policy is probably a limiter for some ideas. But soon or later people will ask for more than teasing and slow burning. One day L&P will have to choose If the game goes further or not. If the game evolves and goes to hell with patreon policy or stands as it is forever. Well or he can just change the names in game to something generic making the incest thing for third party patches...isn' t that what many devs do in order to trick patreon rules? Fact is the game is good, but enough teasing. That's my opinion.

Guys, guys, what are you talking about? There is no incest in the official / patreon version of this game.
So, that thing of the "relationship points" with the son, the daughter, the sister, actually is for nothing since nothing is going to happen with them, except the teasing? Yeah, I have been suspecting that for a long time. Actually, I think nothing is going to happen with nobody in this game. At least for a long, loooong time

now that would be a weird sight.
this game is the more realistic one of the lot on f95 so seeing landlady and room mate etc in this would, i dunno bizarre.
like if that is the case then i expect the people in the game to question why they act like they are related if they are only landlord and tenant etc(due to realism)
