Inheritance, loan from Yakuza come to mind. Honestly, 200 million yen isn't worth as much as it sounds. It's only about 1.5 million in Euro.

I'm beginning to suspect that the MTL might have borked the game. The recollection room refuses to unlock the sex scenes despite selecting the option to enable them, and the sensei route seems to be soft-locked by something since I can't progress any further despite following the hint that I need to keep wearing the MC down.

Inheritance?, yakuza loan not a chance it's obvious it's just "reasons" just like the description says she got sold off for "reasons" the dev was too lazy to fill the plot hole and 1.5 mil Euros is still a lot of money.
It's nice to see another MTL for this game.
I ran it through translator++ for myself a few weeks ago and tried to manually correct and translate some of the dialogue but kinda gave up on it a few maps in.
Playing a game you translated yourself is not as fun as just playing a not terrible MTL version.

I legit selected those options from the get-go. Progression seemed to follow the given hint up until the scene when the teacher barges in on her bathing, which quickly cuts into a sex minigame. I highly suspect that it is supposed to lead into a scripted sex scene based on the recollection room (there's only one more sex scene just before the pregnancy test scene). Similarly, out of sheer boredom, I went and tried to do the homeless route and found out that you're stuck on the sex slave bad end despite the recollection room highly suggesting that there's a good end waiting there.
This leaves only the otaku route as the only completable route by far.
Edit: I've tried deliberately failing the sex minigame to see if it changes anything. It didn't. Worse still, any more sex you do from that point onwards with sensei has the same results as succeeding the minigame. This means that there's a very high chance that the bathroom scene is what's fucked.

the only reason why it weighs 1.49 gb I think is because it has integrated voices, and yes, better wait for someone to fix it, because I could only unlock two endings, the homeless guy and the boyfriend's friend
So is there any way we can expect the menus to be translated as well? Can't read half of them, and I'm certain that takes away half the fun. Also preferably a better translation, but I'll take what I get.

That option to unlock H scenes in the recollection room only unlocks the bad ending. Not all of them. Regardless the game is real let down, most H scenes are just the same stills so yea. No idea why it takes over 1gb but not worth it

Should unlock all the memories in the recollection room.
Inheritance could be. Yakuza doesn't loan unless they think you can pay (or that they can take the equivalent of how much they want from you), so that option isn't so good unless the guy inherited something that the Yakuza wants, but then they expect him to fail and the loan and not paying that with they showing up would be a part of the game (unless it is I didn't played it).
