long file paths r stupid
windows is stupid

ai portrat works on 1 lvl, absolutly incedible
ai portarts dont work as well on 2 lvl down
is suspiciously good with freckles
doesnt do futa
dosent do waky skin colours
cat morph, isnt anthromorphic, and is a kiten
ai portrait breaks on.... 6th lvl? the one with tentacles
strangly ai portrat isnt as broken on last lvl, but is still ultra spicy, makes old people only

sound seems to not loop on some of the eairlyer lvls?
inentory is laggy as hell

I honestly give up trying to figure out how to run the AI, as someone who has never done anything with AI, python, or command prompt in general the instructions feel like they're skipping out on a lot of steps as I follow the instructions given and it just doesn't work. The AMD version just outright doesn't work, instantly hits an error with no explanation. Decide to just install it without that and hit no on having NVIDIA, did install but despite getting the "successfully connected" message (though right before it I get a cannot connect message instantly followed with the connection) yet I see no "comfyui available" message in game nor do portraits get generated.

Edit: Nevermind, apparently the "AI generated portraits" page wasn't the page it was referring to and a menu gets added after you arrive in town and that's what you use. Though still doesn't work as when I hit generate it eventually just results in "Command failed with code 3221225477"

The AI stuff is kinda revolutionary. This is the first tf game I have seen use it this well.
Now i do hope for a toggle option to make it update the player icon every x paths or curses or whatever, to save me from going to generate it myself. Generating takes a while so i wish i could do something while that goes in the background.

Well, if you use promts like futa, futa_bulge, and a lot of others it works just fine. I recomend also using full_body for full body perpective. This ai is simply awesome and totaly offline. I wish in future there will be more games using this tech. For abyss diver the game is 4\10 in my opinion, please add auto-ai-generation with sliders or instances, where new image should be generated.

I've suceeded with AI on version before that, but now I'm getting an error torch OutOfMemory error. Thats GTX 1070 with latest drivers and CUDA. What can I do to make it working?

I went to the discord and asked for help with the strange image generation issues, and I'm guessing they banned me, not quite sure why.

Edit: Figured out why it was breaking, and probably why they banned me. Pay attention to the curses you take, and make sure they don't lower your characters age.

Weird that they'd ban for that if you genuinely didn't realize your character's age was decreased too much, as the 3rd Layer food foraging option will lower your age as well even with abyssal knowledge. I've definitely lost a few years without realizing it because I lost track of time on the 3rd Layer.

So, we're actually looking at expanding the way events work in the upcoming 1.4 update so that things are more interactive with more meaningful choices! This will apply to things like Relics and also a complete revamp of the threat encounters.



Right now the Omoikane Circuit has events tied to the workshop, but we're looking and reducing the reliance on the shop and encouraging surface visits so that becomes less of an issue anyway.

You can no refill flasks from the surface for free! There's an auto-refill option, but you can also disable it from the store when buying flasks.



Hmm, I can't replicate this issue. Can you share your save on the Discord server? Or more precise steps to replicate it?



Ooh, some very interesting ideas! Right now there are stats, and we're looking into expanding their use in an equipment system!

We'll likely handle equipment before clothes, but that's also on our watch list for things to work on!

And I'm looking into ways to make encounters more engaging with companions and Relics as well!

Interesting project, tbh most amazing thing in it is fully local (offline) image generation tool built in it. Game itself is currently requiring a lot of polish.
Companion's interaction are too shallow, their transformations mostly don't register. Gameplay wise not my cup of coffee, I'd like some random curses based on minor things like certain clothes applied automatically, so each run would not be the same. When you have found optimized route, there's no insensitive to try something else. I will certainly keep a bookmark on this project and check for updates.

Idk where you accept bug reports, but on line 29203 in $gestation_scene1 you missed data passage, so it infinitely loops into itself. Had to edit it manually to get out of loop.

On Mac the script to setup ComfyAI seems to get stuck at:

Path length is within safe limits. The installer will continue.

All requirements are satisfied etc.

Anyone have any idea?

I'm having a weird issue, I set up the api correctly but for some reason the portraits aren't properly generating. They're only coming out as images of the background and nothing else. I've tried twice so far but I'm hesitant to try anymore cause it costs credits every time.

Indeed, it can.
I have a laptop RTX 4050, takes about 40-50 seconds to generate image.

The dev really needs to cache the current state of the character and _not_ hit the OpenAI API to regenerate an image on _every_ click. That's just wasting my money, and slowing the game.
