Been about a year since I first wrote some feedback on the game; feels like I have a things to say about the development since that. Obviously, just my opinion, yaddayadda. Game overall is great, otherwise I wouldn't have come back to it ;)

+ one of my main "complaints" about the game originally was that Blaire felt too detached and non-interactive; her dialogue system (plus, yeah, more content in general) fixes this nicely. Admittedly, it can occasionally feel a bit contrived (totally always happens to be out of the house when Prism comes by ...), but overall, a welcome development.
+ the dialogue system in general is neat. Really makes everyone feel more like people you encounter and get to know. Impressive effort put into non-porn content, too.
+ the Prism content as far as I got (according to Sam I'm at the end of her content but he's been wrong before ^^) is consistent with the quality of the game; interesting, fun and sexy. That's what I like to get.
+ surprisingly I really enjoyed the explore the city

system. I'm actually kinda disappointed you don't get to explore the others bits after you're done ... but admittedly I also don't immediately see any further use for it so not sure how or why you'd go around "Exploring".

+/- I really myself don't know what level of puzzle challenge I want from the game; it feels kinda pointless if they are immediately obvious, but, I mean, it is a porn game ... what can be a bit frustrating are these sort of obscure moments, where you feel you got the idea what the idea game wants from you, but don't know what it is exactly it wants you to do - for example

.
So it's not like that's "difficult" but if you're stuck at something like this it can be frustrating.
+/- generally speaking I didn't encounter anything too detracting from the experience, but as mentioned elsewhere there's some wonky stuff; sometimes code, sometimes writing/typos, etc. Eh. It's not there on purpose and I know you're fixing whatever is reported - plus, of course, game is WIP - so it's what it is but of course ideally it'd be all be magically perfect all the time.

- I get the idea of the GPS map - certainly useful for new players - but I'm not sure a map is actually more useful as means of transportation. And the map really is ugly. Really, really ugly. I actually had to go and restore the old system of travel ... I find it more comfortable to use (indubitably influenced by habit) and, more importantly, so I don't have to look at that map. Which is really ugly. In case that's not been mentioned. But, seriously. It is ugly.
- jobs are still a real boring grind. I'm kinda hoping there's something I'm missing regarding money making (or future plans) because at this stage the game demands a relatively big chunk of money for a certain something and that just makes me want to type it into the console instead of legitimately earn it and I do genuinely hate cheating. But not as much as clicking "do library chores", what, up to ~400 times?
- sorta puzzle-related, but more generally ... but there's stages of the game where it feels like you're basically running through all locations, check all options, then go to the next time slot, do the same, then to the next, do the same ... because you're hunting down some specific option somewhere and you don't necessarily know where; you can't know where something is triggered, or how exactly it is triggered; even if you do know, maybe there's RNG so you got to try multiple times ideally ... it can start feeling like quite the chore, especially since generally there's of course nothing (the city feels less empty now but still a bit too empty on balance) at locations so not like "oh, didn't find X, but got Y instead" is a common thing (but sometimes it is and that's nice then)

And lastly, a point that I'm kinda on the fence as the story goes so far, but that makes me a bit skeptical about going forward - more than any of the others, this is just my personal preference, but -

... okay, that's all. Well, all but - I did this time mostly play it on my (small) smartphone. Personally felt it's very much doable, but had to apply a few changes:
- restore the sidebar toggle button
- remove minimum-width from elements (frankly I don't think that's doing anything positive anyway; really only comes in effect on screens of very specific sizes ...)
- I did reduce the font-size for descriptions and changed the box a bit
- hover elements don't work of course
So a minute of work or so ^^ But then quite playable.

I know I'm picking one thing out of dozens, but I wanted to ask - have you tried Poker in the Cornerstore at Evening/Night? Once you train your Telepathy high enough, you can quite easily sweep both time slots and walk away with $1600 per night. If the option isn't there for you, use your computer at home and Browse the Web until it mentions the poker game.

To the general public: Howtf do I do the Giga Cannon part with Prism? I've explored everything around there three times over.

I don't really get the poker minigame. Any suggestions?

Even with the help given earlier this took me some time because it was sort of not intuitive.

Yeah, that's weird. I thought that's what it was, but there was no "click here" font difference at the time. Maybe because I was tired, I missed it. I'll give it another look, thanks.

Like I said, train your Telepathy. You'll start by being able to sense the feelings of the other players at 20 or so, then just trial and error it.. once you get high enough (45+ I believe? Unless it's based on core story, idk, Myscra would have to comment on that), you'll be able to see what combo they have (Two Pair, Straight, etc), then it's just a matter of knowing what beats what (I believe the order is.. Pair, Two Pair, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush, Full House, Royal Flush, Four of a Kind?). Someone more knowledgeable about the subject can probably comment on that.

Regarding the jobs system and the occasional button-hunt, they're both known problems. Revamping the in-game economy is on Myscra's to-do list and he's mused about adding some sort of quest log to help players keep on track. Unfortunately neither of them are really easy fixes. Filling out the city some more is work in progress.

Probably the sort of thing I should be helping with ...

Once you have 45 telepathy then you can see the other players cards. If they've all got a low hand (nothing, pair, two pair) you can just raise $50 and they'll immediately fold. If someone has a straight or better, I fold if I can't beat them or slowly raise if I can. If you screw up badly you can just roll back.

You also get bonuses if you have the Statistics skill or sneak at 25 and 45

OH! I know what I was doing wrong now, and I'll leave it here for anyone else having the same issue because it's really painfully obvious..

The definition is right in the name, but it's basically acting in an underhanded and/or disrespectful way while participating in a sporting event.
I meant more I keep getting the screen in blaire's dreamscape when I try to go to the shed.

Explore in the other direction. And keep an eye out on the text up top, sometimes there's a couple words of a different color when you first enter that room that shows it can be clicked. The shed is like.. level 4 or so with her.

Yes, I didn't go on about the poker specifically because there was already enough in the post ;)

Fundamentally, the poker game is quicker in game time, but tbh I think it's actually quicker real-life time to just go to library, click wörk all day, and repeat. It's less clicking and you certainly don't have to worry about accidentally losing occasionally (though you basically stop losing hands if your skills are high enough). Plus unlike the waiting job you don't sometimes get less money (though someone would have to calculate which is actually more profitable ^^).

Of course, on the side Kiara might also earn you money as you advance game time.

But point remains ... is any of that fun?

The poker game is a good demonstration of the player's skills, alright, and it's kinda impressive code-wise in Twine (although there seem to be some bugs). But is it fun? Is that something anyone wants to engage with? Personally; I fear I'd have much preferred a "play poker" -> "see results" system. Not as impressive but the point here is making money for the actual content, not having a fun poker game (which this isn't anyway. Or, indeed, poker is any case ^^).

Also, yeah, I still think stealth should improve your library pay Because It's a Game and telepathy your restaurant pay because you're a better waiter (and also because it's a game). Of course this could be all sorts of complicated with having to earn promotions doing specific things or it could just be "oh wow you are so good at being a waiter (because you literally read customer's minds) / good at being a library gofer for being so ... quiet and unobtrusive in the library ... so have all the money now" ...
... or preferably maybe "just" not even make anything about money at all; money is basically never fun in games.

Last time I checked the code (a few versions ago) telepathy was already used for this. It's not really obvious because randomness and special events have a rather large influence on the resulting pay (again, a few versions ago).

Statistics shows up as bondage knowledge. Also sitting at the vice principal chair when you're not ready doesn't always tell you you're not ready.

Hi there.
Can anyone please guide me regarding the Golden Door.
While on the hunt for Squid Room, I found all the keys and opened the Golden Door. Similarly I also melted the Platinum Door.
Now to further progress my story with Kiara, I need to enter the Golden Door, which apparently I can't find. Broken Room just says "The Bull seal is broken on the Ornate Golden Door."
Where is the Golden Door? I can't seem to find the Platinum Door too.
A quick search told me that Dev already fixed this issue, but the file uploaded has been removed.
Help.

You have opened both doors already. As it says in the screenshot you took, the golden door was to the East. The platinum door was blocking a path to the South two rooms to the east of the room you took the screenshot in.

Has anyone heard anything? Developer was posting updates on Patreon every couple weeks but the last post is from June 6.

I can't comment on patreon status updates, but before those were a thing the dev would tend to go pretty quiet except around releases. Their account was last active ~30 minutes ago though, so I would suggest not worrying about it too much.
