As I recall, yes, you get traits after exhibiting the behavior for a while. Games usually crash for me before I get very far in most of those.
I believe the cheat allows you to change all stats and descriptions.
The base game yes, the post for this update has "We'll be doing the official poll for choosing our first expansion next week, it'll be open until the 1.0 release so you'll have plenty of time to vote, but don't forget!" so they're not done with it yet. Hopefully these expansions aren't just new systems with little content for the longest time.
I was gonna say, I've seen this for years but when I went to check out reviews, they're all from 0.49 or 0.51 or around there.
How has the game progressed? When I played last I don't remember there being any media, which is strange for a real porn game. I liked the concept but there wasn't really anything to do, or it took too long to get there.

Thanks to the dev rushing things with numbering, 0.49 or 0.51 are only 3 and 2 patches behind respectively. (3-2 months).
And no, a trickle of content every time.

Just to add on to this since I've tried out v.0.99, current version so far doesn't feel like there's anything too different or significant aside from the 'endings'. Currently just trudging my way towards actually getting married in-game just to see what it's like.

Did they fix the male faces? The females looked good, but the dudes always generated bald, or balding. Also, their necks and ears were always pale, but their faces had whatever color their skin was supposed to be. Bizarre.
How do I get clothes that fit? When I try to wear any clothing now, it says they don't fit.

Good news: They're not bald/balding. Well, nowhere near as often anyway
Bad news: Color issue's still there. Messing around with Lily's settings in cheat menu also transforms her portrait from her unique portrait to a generic female NPC one

Check your character in cheat mode. I'll bet she is too fat for her clothing. The MC becomes fat if she goes two or three days without jogging or working out. You can cheat your way back to good health and clothes that fit.

So... if anyone had success with tentacle pregnancy, please enlighten me.
The tentacle ("Marius") in the shop never succeeded. My PC has the fertility goddess mutation and I tried with and without "Fred and Freddy."
As for the lady in the woods... I haven't caught a glimpse of her and my character has the perceptive trait.
According to the changelog I can find her in the woods at Hoden Springs (top left on the world map), but the only action I can perform is searching for pinecones. I searched a few hundred times and the other option never unlocked. Do I have to unlock the "?????" option elsewhere or through other methods?
