Are the busted clothes still bugged? Tried triggering busting out of my characters clothes on 0.51, and nothing happened. Took her all the way up to Z cup, got her pregnant with ~15 fetuses at once, and tried several different tops. Failed.

Yep, worked for me in the v0.99 version. The downsize is that resizing through cheats doesn't actually work.
I first got the bra popping and later also the top popping simply from breasts filling up with milk. (2700cc to 4000cc or something)
I disabled it before pregnancy would've factored in since I can't be bothered with a PC exploding out of clothes every few hours.

You can't. You can only start as one but will still become a woman before the end of the prologue of Male Start.
This and add the Ability to meet them in the wild for them incest fans.

is the version in the OP for 0.99 the cheats version or the non-cheats version? 0.51 seemed to have both a cheats and non-cheats version?
Adding to this, is there a seperate Resource file that was included that Im missing perhaps?

Hiya, this is my first comment/thoughts on the game. I do love management, character creation, and RPG so this game is up my alley.
After trial and error, I made my Character Nova into a successful dairymaid and sells her milk as well as a blooming online porn career. I try my best to get a routine schedule of exercise in the dance gym and going through courses around town as well as being part of the Phoenix Nest Society.
My health and happiness are always in good condition and I will never drink water around town without boiling it first as I refuse to become a Bimbo as I want Nova to be an intelligent hermaphrodite amazonian warrior!
That said I really wanna know how to become a herm like Lily as I am still at the part of collecting copper wires for the Rejuvenator. Also is there a way to become a part-time Hucow as well?
I am also playing in Hardmode as survival and management games have really tempered my preferences and it is not that I am a masochist or anything ;3
I try to integrate myself with the town... but with the water and a friendly pharmacist... I know to be more cautious and I also refused to get the insurance.
This really has a Degrees of Lewdity vibe to it though at least I am not being raped around town as I have a car and law enforcement is more active.
My only gripe is time management... There is barely enough time in the day and I have yet to find a way to increase Vigor/Energy.
Meeting with people, hanging out, and having sex takes way too much time realistically speaking especially since I need to top off companionship and all the other stats after work that I also need time to de-stress, attend my courses, and my daily chores.
I see a lot of potential and I do hope to see this game complete and full of story and possibilities

As mentioned in the reply above, that's not implemented yet. Check back in maybe 2 years and it'll probably work without crashing the game too much, assuming the patrons keep voting for it often. Maybe you'll also be able to pop the ladies like balloons by overinflating them with babies.
I don't want to tell you how to play the game, but I advise you to keep numerous saves in a folder so you'll have points to jump back to if you happen to find out that your PC's womb and abdominal cavity will inevitably and violently explode and stuff that can't be fixed by only loading a save from a day ago.
The insurance itself isn't as big of a deal anymore since the difficulty setting was decoupled from it.
That said, you did mention that you've selected hard mode.
There is no non-cheating way to refill vigor aside from sleeping into the next day.
You can very slowly increase your maximum vigor by regularly exercising. I'm not sure if it's tied to the exercise or the athletics skill. Either way, you'll eventually have enough stamina to exercise twice per day instead of being too tired after only a single session.
Yes, there's barely any time left during your work days. You can squeeze in a quick date or hangout. Do note that you don't have to spend a lot of time in those to get good boosts to your mental stats.
On that note, be prepared to schedule hangouts/dates with non-unique NPCs every 2~3 days. My PC and a non-unique NPC didn't see each other for a week and the NPC was gone. (This means the NPC performed suicide)
After tracking back saves, I noticed he was already gone 3 days earlier, so no more than 4 days after last meeting the PC.
My PC didn't get any call to meet up from him. NPCs simply suicide way too quickly, which is why I highly advise to date unique NPCs since they won't suicide. To spot one of them, look at their suicide score. They'll have a suicide score of -2 and Lily has -3.
Females (except the pc and other premade one like Lily) doesn't have a profile pictures in this version for me, is that "normal"?

I went up as high as 21 kids, but the bad end is for double wombs mutation, which I didn't pick.

The developer gave up on bug fixing and instead is focused on releasing more content, hence the 0.52 > 0.99

I found that the threshold is 30 kids. The moment you hit 30 kids in one pregnancy (doesn't matter if it's double or single womb), you're dead. Of course, this is with all the elasticisation treatments taken already.

For me so far, there are times where I couldn't even save for some damn reason. And ThaumX timelocking relationship milestones makes trudging through the game so god damn boring. I get that getting married takes a while but do you really expect a player to sit around, mindlessly go to work and sleep for two in-game months?! Even with cheats, going through a week takes a nice chunk of IRL time.
